Warrantees - Our commitment to your custom.
Should any part of the appliance fail under normal domestic usage within the warrantee period, we will replace the necessary parts with new or reconditioned parts as appropriate.
We will usually do this within 72hrs from the fault being reported.
Should we consider the appliance to be beyond economical repair, then an exchange appliance of similar value to the original purchase will be substituted, depending on stock at that time a choice may be given, or where refunds are required a credit note will be given.
Conditions of Warrantee;
The appliance should be connected or plumbed in correctly by our fitters.
Fridges, Freezers and Fridge Freezers must be left standing in position for a minimum of 2 hours before being plugged in. If they have been tipped horizontally at any time they must be left for 24hrs. You are advised to insure frozen food, we cannot be liable for any loss as we are not covered under our insurance.
We do not give refunds, only by way of a credit note.
Service calls will be charged to you should the fault be a result of installation or misuse and for the removal of foreign objects from machine pumps at £35.00 locally.
